We need you as our:
MERCHANT HELP DESK SUPPORT WITH GERMAN AND SLOVAK Your role: The Help desk is responsible for merchant support of an international full-service provider for electronic payments and billing • Respond and handle incoming requests from merchants via phone and e-mail • Advise users on appropriate action • Offer guidance on services • Follow standard and secure procedures • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions • Keep up to date with system information, changes and updates
