HR Assistant</span><br />
<br />
Main responsibilities:<br />
•	Conduct Internet research to locate resumes<br />
•	Create and post job advertisements <br />
•	Screen the received resumes and contact candidates via phone or e-mail.<br />
•	Develop a pool of qualified candidates.<br />
•	Organize and conduct interviews with suitable candidates<br />
•	Support the administrative activities in the office<br />
•	Take part in the organization of assessment centers<br />
<br />
Main requirements:<br />
•	University degree in Economy, Psychology, Business Administration or similar<br />
•	Fluency in English is a must; second language will be a strong advantage<br />
•	Interest in the field of HR consulting<br />
•	Proactive and creative approach towards the assignments<br />
•	Strong motivation and high level of commitment<br />
•	Computer skills and experience in MS Office /Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook/<br />
•	Excellent organization and communication skills<br />
•	Attention to details, good planning and prioritizing<br />
